Residency for a stage director

Stage director Ella Marchment is invited to a 2-session residency at the Dutch National Opera.
Session 1 : 22 September - 19 October 2018
Session 2 : March 2020
During her residency, she will follow the first season of Dutch National Opera’s Opera Studio by assisting its artistic director, Rosemary Joshua, guest directors as well as coaches who will work with the young artists of the opera studio. During the second session, she will accompany the rehearsal process of enoa's new production A Song for the Moon.
Throughout the course of her residency, she will be introduced to the visiting directors such as Katie Mitchell and Lotte de Beer and will have several opportunites to meet with the local audience.
Rosemary Joshua is the mentor of her residency.
