Young Talent Development Programme of Teatr Wielki

The Opera Academy of the Teatr Wielki helps exceptionally talented singers’ transition from education to professional life by offering them opportunities of further development and training with excellent teachers and opera artists.  

Participants are offered regular workshops and master classes, individual vocal, drama, and linguistic coaching sessions, as well as permanent professional support. 

Implemented in association with music education facilities in Poland and abroad, the programme provides young vocalists a chance to gain stage experience and make their first appearance on the international music scene.

The Teatr Wielki holds master classes under enoa auspices and recommends Opera Academy’s participants to take part in workshops held by other enoa institutions.

The 2018/2019 auditions for singers (under 28 years old) willing to join Opera Academy will be held in June and July 2018.

Stage1: 28th, 29th, 30th June 2018 
Stage 2: 1st, 2nd, 3rd July 2018 – individual vocal consultations (for those who have successfully passed Stage 1)

Applications must be submitted to mmarkiewicz@teatrwielki.pl on 10th June 2018 at the latest.
