TRAINING
LOD muziektheater
04 - 08 December 2012
LOD muziektheater
The tension between notes and words will be at the centre of attention of this libretto-workshop. At the same time the dramaturgy of a music theatre or opera will be discussed.
How does a theme or a plot develop musically and textually in a certain work? Parallel to this, all the members of this course-workshop will work on their own librettos during the week. At the same time they will get historical and artistic background on librettos, operas, music theatre and contemporary developments in these fields.
